SHIPPING METHODS & TIMES

When your order reaches production, it will be shipped within 5-10 business days (orders after 1pm, the processing time will begin from the next working day). please check our turn around times for each products turn around.

Once the order has been dispatched, shipping times are as follows:
UK: Royal Mail – 2-3 business days
​
You will receive an e-mail notification when your orders are shipped, which will also include the tracking number if applicable.
If an order is too large/too heavy for Royal Mail then we will send this via courier (usually DPD). You will receive a separate e-mail and associated tracking number if we ship via courier.
Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy for any reason please contact us so we can help resolve this for you.
A refund or store credit can be arrange for you once the item has been returned to us. returned items must be received 14 days from the date you have received your order. We do not offer refunds for custom orders, or personalized products.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on your postage cost unless the order is faulty.

Personalised orders
Please proof read your personalized orders before placing them, we cannot be held responsible for anything mispelt by you after making the order. If you notice a mistake please contact us as soon as you realize so we can ensure the correct order goes out.

Damaged goods
We package our orders very carefully however sometimes parcels can get damaged in transit. If this happens please contact us in the first instance so we can offer a replacement to you. We may ask you to send them back or we may ask for photographs instead and then we will action a replacement for you
