Ordering & Personalisation

How do I add personalisation to my order? +
When you click through to our Etsy listing, you'll see a personalisation box on the product page. Simply type in the name, message or wording you'd like and we'll take it from there. If you're unsure, you can also message us before ordering and we'll help.
Will I see a proof before my item is made? +
For standard listings we make them exactly as you've described in the personalisation box. For custom orders (anything bespoke or outside our standard range), we always send a digital proof via Etsy messages before we start making. You can request changes and we'll revise until you're happy.
Can I order something that isn't in your shop? +
Absolutely — custom orders are one of our favourite things. Head to our Custom Orders page and tell us what you have in mind. We can make mugs, badges, clothing, chocolate bars, teddies, slate boards, posters, cards and much more to your exact specifications.
Can I order in bulk for an event or business? +
Yes! We love bulk orders for weddings, corporate events, leaving dos, school events and more. We offer discounts on larger quantities. Visit our Bulk & Corporate Orders page or message us to discuss your requirements.

Delivery

How long will my order take? +
We dispatch most orders within 1–3 working days. Custom orders may take up to 4 working days. UK delivery is then typically 2–5 working days via Royal Mail. So from order to door, allow around 5–8 working days for standard orders.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes — we ship worldwide. European delivery typically takes 5–10 working days, and the rest of the world 7–14 working days. Delivery costs are shown at checkout on Etsy and vary by destination.
I need this for a specific date — can you help? +
Message us before ordering and let us know your deadline. We'll always do our best to accommodate urgent orders — just ask. We can also advise on the best delivery option for your timeframe.

Returns & Problems

What if my item arrives damaged? +
We're really sorry if that happens — please message us within 14 days with a photo of the damage and we'll replace it or refund you straight away. No quibble, no fuss.
Can I return a personalised item? +
Because personalised items are made specifically for you, we can't accept returns simply because you've changed your mind — this is standard for personalised goods under UK consumer law. However, if there's an error on our part or the item is faulty, we'll always put it right. See our full Delivery & Returns policy.
I made a mistake in my personalisation — can I change it? +
Message us as soon as possible via Etsy. If we haven't started making your item yet, we can change it at no cost. Once production has started, changes may not be possible, so please double-check your personalisation before ordering.

Payments & Security

How do I pay? +
All standard purchases are made through Etsy, which accepts credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Etsy gift cards. For custom orders with an agreed price, we can arrange payment via PayPal or bank transfer.
Is it safe to buy from you? +
Absolutely. All payments go through Etsy's secure checkout, which is protected by Etsy's buyer guarantee. Your payment details are never seen by us directly.
