All orders are dispatched from the UK, usually within 1–3 working days of your order being placed. Custom orders may take up to 4 working days as we make everything fresh.

Once dispatched, we ship with Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times below.

Exact delivery costs are shown at checkout on Etsy. Times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas.

Every item is made to order and checked before it leaves us. If something arrives damaged, faulty, or we've made an error on your personalisation, we'll replace it or refund it — no quibble, no fuss.

Just message us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo and we'll sort it straight away.

Because our products are made to order and personalised, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges simply because you've changed your mind — this is standard for personalised goods under UK consumer law.

However, we always want you to be happy. If you're not completely satisfied, please get in touch and we'll do our best to find a solution.

Non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days in their original condition. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

For custom orders, we send you a digital proof before we make anything. Please check it carefully — once you've approved the proof and we've started production, we can't make changes.

If you spot an error in the proof, just let us know before approving and we'll fix it at no charge.
